AIFM as defined in the KAGB

Deutsche SachCapital GmbH is a financial services institution as defined in Section 32 of the German Banking Act and has been active in the field of financial portfolio management and consultancy services for investment in real assets for many years. Following the introduction of the German Capital Investment Code (KAGB), effective July 22, 2013, it received the license to operate an AIFM (Alternative Investment Fund Management) as defined in the KAGB.
